You should remember that the word I is allways written in capital letters no matter if it is at the beginning or in the middle of a sentence.
There is an American phrase:

me, I and myself!

With other words: Americans allways think of themself first bacause they think they're the best.
They also say: I and Giulia....instead of Giulia and me...
